All levels of runners are encouraged to run cross country this season for GCHS. No running experience needed. No tryouts. Everyone races! All races are a 5K (3.1 miles). Interested runners are strongly encouraged to attend summer workouts in June and July. Please bring comfortable running shoes and a water bottle. Last season we had 48 students on our official roster (27 boys and 21 girls). I look forward to seeing you in June! Thanks, Coach Dollins
